Aversa’s made me look good today. Placed a late-in-the day order yesterday for a birthday floral bouquet to be delivered this morning and they nailed it. I received a beautiful bouquet of roses on Valentines Day, however they were fully opened and I was a bit disappointed. However, I called to express how I felt and they immediately delivered another beautiful rose bouquet and they just started to open a week later !!! I’m very satisfied and these roses are gorgeous!!! I ordered flowers one morning, which they promptly put together with care. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order when my son's date canceled on him. Despite the situation, they were incredibly understanding and reassured me that they would try to repurpose the flowers for something else. Their kindness and flexibility really helped brighten what was an otherwise disappointing day.

Every time I go there, I leave with a sense of satisfaction. You don't need to know what you want because the staff will be there to make something beautiful. The man who was working at the time was very helpful, and he was able to relate to me because of our close age difference. For sure a 10/10!

I had called the morning of the delivery to let them know that I was just told by the recipient of the flowers that she would be leaving her house at 10:30. I was just calling to ask them to leave it on the porch but the woman on the phone said because the address was so close that they might be able to get it there before she leaves. And you did!! That really made my mom's birthday! Thank you! The flowers are beautiful.

They are awesome, I walked up just as they closed, they opened the store for me and made me a beautiful arrangement of flowers for a friend recovering from surgery who was over the moon to receive them. A+ on artistry and A++ on customer service!
